• Linux HPC System Administrator

• TS w SCI FSP required

• Experienced Linux System Administrator 

  • Minimum 5 years experience with degree or10 years experience without degree

Locations:

• Fort Meade Maryland

• Bluffdale Utah

Skills:

• Candidates will have experience managing high end linux servers, preferably with an HPC background. 

• Experience with RHEL, SUSE or CentOs

• Provisioning and configuration management tools such as cobbler, puppet, Ansible. 

• Knowledge of HPE tools are a plus.

Tasks:

Candidates will be responsible for managing and maintaining a one of the fastest high performance computing systems in production. Daily activities include, monitoring system health, resolving open issues and tickets, interacting with both customers and peers utilizing the HPC system. Further, a knowledge of resolving software issues and able to perform both system and application upgrades is essential.
